Welcome to A2Zcomputech. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any transactions. If you do not agree with these terms, you are free to discontinue our services.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all users of our services, and your continued use implies consent to these terms. We encourage you to periodically review this document for any updates or changes.
Sale Terms
A2Zcomputech is a marketing and distribution company and is not the manufacturer of the products sold. Our responsibility for the goods ceases once they leave our warehouse.
- Invoicing
We provide a proper GST invoice for all products sold. No product will be sold without a GST invoice.
If you require your company’s GST number on the invoice, please mention it in the comment box during the ordering process. You will also need to provide three pages of your company’s GST certificate.
- Assembled pc terms
A convenience fee of 2% will be deducted for cancellations made by the buyer before shipping.
If an order is cancelled after shipping, a 5% fee will be applied.
A 3% fee will be deducted for order modifications after shipping; no charges apply for
modifications made before shipping.
These fees will be adjusted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be initiated once we receive the product back in the same condition it was shipped.
- Payment Terms
Convenience fees are non-refundable for payments made using EMI options.
A 5% fee applies if an order is cancelled after shipping, applicable only if cancelled by the buyer.
- Product Description
Materials sold are spare parts and components of computers and do not constitute a complete system unless specified as a “New PC System.”
Any special usage in abnormal environments must be disclosed at the time of purchase; failure to do so will void the warranty.
- Customer Responsibility
Customers cannot waive responsibility based on ignorance of these terms and conditions.
For gaming chairs, only part replacements are applicable for defective or damaged products; no refunds will be issued.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
For DOA products, buyers must ensure that all parts and accessories are included in the original packaging. Failure to do so will result in non-acceptance as a DOA case, and it will be treated as an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Warranty Conditions
Physical damage, mishandling, or tampering with warranty stickers voids warranty claims.
All products sold require installation by a technically qualified PC hardware engineer.
- Order Cancellation Rights
A2Zcomputech reserves the right to cancel any orders related to pricing or stock issues.
- Jurisdiction
The courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this sale contract.
Service Terms
- Repairs will be conducted only on parts approved by the customer. If additional repairs are necessary, we will provide a price estimate via phone.
- Replaced components become the property of A2Zcomputech, which retains the right to discard or sell them.
- While pick-and-drop services are free, a fee of ₹300 per visit will be charged if multiple appointments are made under the pretext of receiving a free diagnosis without opting for repairs.
- Customers must communicate their decision regarding repairs within one week of service approval.
- The official receipt must be presented upon collecting your device.
- A2Zcomputech is not liable for any loss of data during the repair process.
Submission & Collection
A2Zcomputech is not responsible for laptops not collected within 15 days, whether repaired or non-repaired. Customers must claim their property proactively.
In emergencies, customers may request to retain their property; however, after one month, a storage fee of ₹100 per day will apply.
Unclaimed laptops after repairs may be disposed of at A2Zcomputech’s discretion.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for inspecting their laptops for any dents, scratches, or damage before submission. A2Zcomputech is not liable for any pre-existing conditions.
- We take necessary precautions to maintain your device’s condition; however, customers must verify the device’s state at both submission and collection.
About A2Zcomputech
- A2Zcomputech is an independent service provider specializing in the repair of printers, desktops, and laptops using high-quality spare parts.
- All goods are delivered upon receipt of payment through online or offline methods.
- Replaced parts become the property of A2Zcomputech.
- Defective parts under warranty will not be returned to customers.
Payment Terms
- Payment amounts will be determined based on the services rendered.
- Total charges will be estimated after diagnosis.
- Payments can be made online or offline.
- Applicable taxes will be added to all services.
- Payment is required at the time of device collection.
Warranty Terms
Warranty Periods:
- One Month Warranty: Motherboard Repair, Motherboard Replacement, Display Panel, Speaker
- Three Months Warranty: Keyboards, Screens, Charging Port, Wi-Fi Card
- Six Months Warranty: Trackpad
- One Year Warranty: Batteries, Adaptor
Conditions Excluding Warranty:
Warranty will not apply in cases of:
- Excessive charging or swollen batteries.
- Use of non-OEM chargers/adapters leading to battery damage.
- Physical damage due to burning or misuse.
- Distorted sound from speakers or other accidental damages.
- Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions.
Warranty Stickers:
A warranty sticker placed by A2Zcomputech must remain intact; removal or damage voids warranty claims.
